Jennifer Lopez, a well-known and talented singer and actress, after the giving birth to her twins, had this to say about plant-based diet: “It is a real change, but more than that I feel better and people are like ‘Your energy’s better’.” Jenna Dewan Tatum made the jump from vegetarian to vegan a couple of years ago. She says, “After going vegan, I felt so much better. My skin cleared up, I had a ton more energy and I just felt clearer in the head”.
